Every penny you spend is a donation to Ascot Round Table (registered charity no. 1057937), who run the event entirely on a voluntary basis. Only tickets bought from us or our resellers raise money for charity.

Gates from 4:00pm. Bring every ticket to be scanned, replacements can’t be issued on the night.

Come early and enjoy the whole evening from the fantastic Grandstand, the best seat in the house for the biggest show the organisers have ever staged.
The funfair
Funfair rides are £1 per person per ride, with every penny going to our charity fund. Collected by our volunteers, not the ride operators, who concentrate on your safety.

Staying safe
- For everyone's safety, please don't bring alcohol or your own fireworks, including sparklers.
- Trained volunteers staff a First Aid Station throughout the event.
- Please follow the marshals (in hi-vis jackets) and don't cross any safety barriers.
- We're grateful for the support of Thames Valley Police and Ascot Fire Brigade.
Accessibility
Carers come free.
If you need someone with you to attend the fireworks, they can come free of charge. Ascot Racecourse issues a complimentary Personal Assistant (carer) ticket alongside your own admission ticket, on request and with supporting documentation.
