Sponsors

We are delighted to have Star Fireworks as our main sponsor this year. Berkshire based Star Fireworks was established in 1971 as a family business, selling fireworks through a Bracknell retail premises. Since that time the business has evolved into the international display company they are today, with a growing list of clients at home and overseas.

If your company would like to sponsor this year's event please contact us.

Community

Ascot Round Table is organising the event as part of its community service programme. To find out more about Ascot Round Table, click here or email via the contact us page. All proceeds support local charitable causes.

The organisers would like to acknowledge the very significant support of the local community who donate services free or at a nominal charge. The significance of the support is more than just financial: without this support the event simply would not take place.

Please support them in return:

Safety

We are grateful for the help of Thames Valley Police and Ascot Fire Brigade.

If you suffer any injury, please seek out the trained volunteer staff at the First Aid Station. They are always very pleased to help.

Please help us by being responsible. Drive carefully. Please do not cross any barriers erected for your safety.

For your own safety, we do not allow you to bring alcohol or your own fireworks to the event. This includes sparklers: they are too dangerous where there are crowds and excited children.

Please follow directions. We reserve some spaces for disabled people, please ask any Official Marshall (who will be wearing high visibility jackets). Please do not park in front of any gates, which may be entry and exit points for emergency vehicles. If you have special needs see our special needs section below or contact us.

See our FAQ page for help with making your visit a pleasant one.
