A free ticket for your Personal Assistant.
If you need someone with you to attend the fireworks, they can come free of charge. Ascot Racecourse issues a complimentary Personal Assistant (carer) ticket alongside your own admission ticket, on request and with supporting documentation.

Eligibility
You may be eligible for a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket if you receive one of the following:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Attendance Allowance (AA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
- Registered Blind certification
- A +1 Access Card
Supporting documentation required
Please provide:
- A copy of your benefit award letter or confirmation statement
- Valid photo identification matching the recipient
- Or certification of blindness together with matching photo identification
Bring the same documentation and photo ID with you on the night, as you may be asked to show it at the gate.
Please note that a Blue Badge cannot be accepted as evidence of eligibility.
Please note that this provision does not apply to guests aged 17 and under, as all minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding their own admission ticket.
How to request one
Three steps.
Buy your own admission ticket first, then email the Ascot Racecourse Accessibility team with your supporting documentation. They will arrange the complimentary Personal Assistant ticket for you.

- 02Email the Accessibility teamSend your supporting documentation to accessibility@ascot.com, Ascot Racecourse’s Accessibility team, who issue Personal Assistant tickets for the event.
- 03Bring your documents on the nightKeep your award letter or certification and matching photo ID with you, you may be asked to show them at the gate.
Accessible parking
Disabled parking is available in Car Park 3 and the Windsor Enclosure from 4pm for Blue Badge holders. Access to the car park is off Ascot High Street. Additional car parks may be used if it's busy, so please treat this as a guide and follow the car park marshals on the night.
