Accessible parking.
Disabled parking is available in Car Park 3 and the Windsor Enclosure from 4pm for Blue Badge holders. Access to the car park is off Ascot High Street. Additional car parks may be used if it's busy, so please treat this as a guide and follow the car park marshals on the night.

The funfair
Funfair rides are £1 per person per ride, with every penny going to our charity fund. Collected by our volunteers, not the ride operators, who concentrate on your safety.
Five rides run on the night. The rest are confirmed nearer the event.
Refreshments
Grandstand catering is open throughout the evening. Buy early and avoid the queues.

Looking after each other
Staying safe.
- For everyone's safety, please don't bring alcohol or your own fireworks, including sparklers.
- Trained volunteers staff a First Aid Station throughout the event.
- Please follow the marshals (in hi-vis jackets) and don't cross any safety barriers.
- We're grateful for the support of Thames Valley Police and Ascot Fire Brigade.
- Please don’t park in front of any gates, they may be entry and exit points for emergency vehicles.
